For vehicles with LESS than 150,000 miles, WellCar provides mechanical repair protection for the following vehicle systems:

  • Transmissions

  • Drive Axle / Shafts

  • Transfer Cases

  • Turbo / Super chargers

  • Steering Systems

  • Brake Systems

  • Suspensions

  • Air Conditioning Systems

  • Electric Systems

For vehicles with MORE than 150,000 miles, WellCar provides mechanical repair protection for the following vehicle systems:

Rideshare Transportation

In the event you have a roadside event, not only will WellCar cover the transportation of your vehicle to an appropriate repair center to get your vehicle back on the road, but we will also get you to where you were headed, via Lyft or Uber. With WellCar, you are eligible to receive reimbursement for ride-hailing through Lyft or Uber to your home, place of employment, or other location up to $25 per occurrence of a roadside event when your vehicle is inoperable or towed under terms of this Endorsement. AND… you guessed it. Mobile app.

Alternate Transportation

Rental car? Check. We could do this all day. With your WellCar membership coverage, when your vehicle is inoperable and being repaired for longer than a day, we'll reimburse you for a rental car for up to $50 per day (with a max benefit of $250 per repair). One look at this on our mobile app and you'll forget about "likes." This is love! Oh, and tell your driver we said "Hi."

Trip Interruption

Unlike kids who turn into perfect angels the second they're away from home (it's a phenomenon we don't understand either), cars love to act up when they're on road trips or out of town. If that happens, not to worry. We'll be there to help. As a WellCar member, we'll give you a trip interruption reimbursement when unexpected mechanical issues happen with your vehicle, and you are more than 100 miles from home. You can check out the details in our mobile app… assuming you're not down a rabbit hole on TikTok (and let's be honest, for some of us, that's a big assumption.)

Available trip interruption services include up to $150 per day ($500 per trip interruption occurrence) reimbursement for:
